On March 23rd, over 200 Friars, past and present, participated in the Second Annual Kerry Moran 5K Race to honor the memory of longtime Girls Cross Country Coach, Kerry Moran. Coach Moran died as a result of head injuries sustained when he was hit by a car. The Moran Family has started the KJM Foundation which, among other things, provides safety vests to Cross Country teams.

At the Friar Choir Cabaret Show on March 21st, longtime Science teacher PAUL PAINO and Friar Alumni /Science Teacher Ray Patelli joined in as the band Tribute. The students loved seeing a different side of their teachers and they could really rock!

Friar Alum Kevin Schnurr , Class of 2004, has been bravely battling Alports Syndrome, a disease which causes kidney failure.
