Exciting Friar News: James Healey, Class of 2012, has just had his film "More at 11" accepted into Cannes Short Film Festival..Congratulations, James!!!!

Congratulations to Friar Alum John Gregorek '78 who was inducted into the Penn Relays Wall of Fame. Athletic Director and former Track Coach Donal Buckley joined John in the celebration!

Friar Alum Olicia Williams who now runs for Baylor placed 3rd in the 800 and 4th in the Distance Relay Medley in the NCAA D1Indoor Championship.  Great job, Friar!!!

This year's Hall of Fame Dinner Dance was a huge success!  Congratulations to our inductees: Mrs. Tina Grottano(35 year Faculty member), Brother Gabriel O'Brien (former Dean) and Suffolk Legislator Tom Barraga '60 (first SAHS Student Council President)

US Navy Officer Neil Toohey, Class of 2000, returned home to his wife and 3 children after battling ISIS.  Neil is a true American hero!

Our Director of Admissions and Friar Alum Paul Washington did a remarkable job on this year's Friar Faithful video.  Take a minute to watch!  You may be amazed at the changes in your Alma Mater.

Senior Delaney Lenaghan of Massapequa has been named an Intel Semifinalist in the 2015 competition.  She is one of 300 students in the nation and the first female student from Saint Anthony’s High School to be given such an honor.  St. Anthony’s is the only Catholic High School on Long Island to have a student in the competition this year.

On November 15th at Barnes and Noble in East Northport, Theology teacher Brother Richard Contino did a book signing  and discussion for his book To The Stable.  Brother Richard has also written These Sacred Days.  Both books are available on Amazon.com
